pillion is the little passenger seat you sit on and hang onto. pillion isn't capitalized, because the film is clearly pointing to a position of submission, which you can see in one of the official posters.
The critics who wrote it with a capital P, or who call it a romantic movie, missed a point. They watched it with vanilla eyes, not with the appropriate codes.

Jodie Campbell is back, the first recurrent gay character, pioneer of sitcoms, for the second season of SOAP, in 1978, and he was very close to get married.
